Corporate Sponsorship
The Kankakee County Humane Foundation (KCHF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit shelter that receives no taxpayer or animal agency funding. 100% of our funding comes from donations, gifts, dues, raffles, fundraisers, and the generosity of Corporate Sponsorships, like yours. Yearly we take in hundreds of dogs and cats from our community - these animals are either no longer wanted, neglected, sick, injured, or strays. None of the services KCHF provides can happen without help from our community.
2024 started out as a season of transition. Our Director has worked closely with our Board Members to grow our vision and our goals. Here are some 2024 highlights that were made possible because of our Corporate Sponsors. This year began with us being able to take in a couple litters of unwanted puppies that went straight into foster care and were quickly adopted. We were able to place animals like Forrest- a dog found abandoned in a field with a severely broken leg who needed emergency surgery and ultimately had to have his leg amputated. We were able to nurse sick puppies back to health after exposure to rat poisoning and place them in a loving homes. In fact, we have placed even more animals in 2024 than we did in 2023, and the year isn’t over yet! In 2025, we want to do even more! That's why we are humbly asking for your help.
With your sponsorship, KCHF is able to care for these animals as they wait for their forever home. This year we tackled some much needed repairs to keep our shelter safe. We completed a small face lift to our lobby along with necessary repairs.
Because of the generosity of individuals and businesses like yours, animals have a better chance to find new families. By the time 2024 comes to an end, we should exceed placing over 350 dogs and cats in loving homes - and it does not stop there!

Making animals in need a top priority, your generous donation at this level will allow KCHF to feed approximately 10 residents for a 3-month period. For your donation KCHF will be honored to provide your business with the following benefits:
